Like most homeowners, you don't need septic service until it becomes an emergency, and Jeff--the owner--was ready to take action right away. After completing his diagnostic testing, Jeff determined the pump was inoperable and needed replacement. Within an hour, he returned with the necessary equipment, replaced the pump, and clearly explained the next steps required to restore the system to proper operation. The following day, Jeff brought additional staff to dig down to the tanks and recommended installing risers to prevent unnecessary damage to the yard during future maintenance. Jeff's expertise and his thoughtful recommendations to make the system more maintenance-friendly are what truly set him apart. His professionalism, responsiveness, and quality workmanship earned our trust. Drew was the guy who helped me from start to finish with my water heater…read more *Drew was a referral from a realtor that lives in/sells several units in my condo complex. He, I think, has worked with at least 15-20 units, so his name at my complex is well known. My office people at my complex also had high regards for him when it came down to his water heater knowledge. Not sure if the # on Yelp and his cell are same, but Drew is text friendly. I'm on the phone often at my job so when I had a question to ask, I'd text him and he'd text back quickly with an answer. The job took around 3 or so hours. Drew brings the new water heater and gets rid of your old one (1 year labor warranty, 6 years warranty on water heater). Before he does anything, he shuts off water and etc. During the 3 or so hours, he does everything -- cutting/adding pipes/installing any extra new water heater gadgets you need. I have NO water heater knowledge, but when he was done, my water heater and pipes looked so beautiful. No lie, my old water heater pipes looked so randomly placed. Drew also got everything up to code and added water turn off/on pipes for unit. Apparently, most units don't have that and it makes life so much easier when you need to shut off the water in your unit versus the entire building. Oh and Drew is a total southern gentleman. My BF was home with me when Drew came, but I would have felt fine if it was just me in my unit. Make sure he has space to work... I totally forgot this tip and he had to move my furniture around haha.

I had recently purchased a new home and had only lived in it for 30 days before their plumber's negligence caused my basement to flood. I had paid $7,000 for a sewer line replacement, and despite taking my full payment, the plumber failed to complete the job. He had left my home exposed from the outside, allowing water to pour in during a storm three weeks later. This was no accident -- it was pure negligence. When he finally returned after the flooding, he casually admitted that he had been supposed to come back three weeks earlier to lay cement over the area he worked on but failed to do so. That level of carelessness was completely unacceptable. Because of his negligence, I had to endure devastating damage. My finished basement had to be gutted -- all the drywall was ripped out, mold remediation had to take place, my engineered hardwood floors were destroyed, and I had been dealing with contractors in and out of my house. Two and a half months later, the situation was still ongoing. I still had no floors. My drywall was still missing. My home remained a disaster and unusable, and I hadn't been able to enjoy it since the nightmare began. To make matters worse, I had to miss several days of work to manage the non-ending contractors, all while enduring the overwhelming stress of the constant repairs. On top of that, a strong odor lingered in my house, making it even more difficult to live in. I was forced to stay in a hotel and with family for a while. I am a mother of a two-year-old, and the strain this placed on my family was immeasurable. What was even more appalling was the complete lack of accountability from K Harris Plumbing. Despite everything I went through, I never heard again from Kenny the plumber again after he returned after the flood to put cement on the neglected area. He put me in contact with his insurance company and that was it. This happened in February 2025. Since then there was no follow-up, no check-in to see how I was managing, and absolutely no effort to make things easier for me. Even after I reached out to the company/ Kenny the Plumber via email to explain the severity of the damage they caused and how it turned my life upside down. I was ignored. Not even a single apology or a partial refund. I deeply regret my decision to hire this company. It was devastating to invest in a new home only to have it ruined by the very people I trusted to do their job. I urged others to learn from my experience with this K Harris Plumbing and take caution.

I checked everything he told me on the internet and it all checked out as true. We now are owners of a remarkable hot water tank that has the ability to heat up 50 gallons of hot water in about an hour. I am thankful that the carbon monoxide problem was solved. We have used many different plumbers over the years and none of them recognized the dangerous code violation. I learned that he is a Master Plumber, which has more training.
