We were excited to try their AYCE and came hungry. We ordered different kind of dishes from the menu, including the papaya salad. They cooked them based on how many people in your group. We quickly disappointed when the papaya salad was just julienne sliced papaya topped with sweet and sour bottled sauce. The rest of the dishes (chicken in satay sauce, fish in brown sauce, beef) tasted the all the same and the meat didn't taste fresh. The calamari was hard and I felt like chewing rubber. The only dish we like is their soup. In terms of service, the server just placed the dishes on the table without telling us which one which. They didn't say anything when we said thank you. I don't like giving a bad review but I feel they need to improve. If you're looking for an authentic Thai food, I'm afraid this is not the place. read more

They have an à la carte menu as well as all you can eat menu where you order what you want and it comes to you fresh on your table. The ambient of this place was clean and beautiful. We were the first ones to enter and was greeted by a very friendly face. The server was very helpful and since it was our first time there, i let it be known we may need a bit of help , so our server was very detailed oriented and explained that we can order from their menu as regular dishes. Overall we ordered about 10 dishes if not more. The papaya salad was not spicy at all , the papaya slices were an odd shape. Not what im used to. The flavor was lacking a lot, it was very sweet. Definitely not authentic Thai or Szechuan. The food is quite pedestrian and has a shopping centre food court quality with too much thick, goopy and overly sweet sauces that pretty much all taste exactly the same. The wontons and dumplings are very thick and pasty and all of the dishes served with "crispy spinach" were wilted, soggy and definitely not crispy. The food is reminiscent of the "all you can eat buffets" from back in the 80's after it has been sitting around being reheated under lights for a couple of hours. There is only 1 unisex bathroom right next to the kitchen which was filthy and the door didn't lock! Not cool especially during Covid. I would think they would make an extra effort for sanitary and health purposes. I was quite disappointed as they have such great reviews. I guess some prefer to get as much for their money vs. quality food. The service and atmosphere were nice, the price is reasonable and its bring your own wine. Horrible service for large groups. It was my wife's 50th birthday and was hoping for a great evening. It turned out to be one of the worst evenings of our life. We ordered the all you can eat option for 14 people and was hoping to sample great Thai food but that plan turned sour. We were waiting and waiting and waiting for our food. We placed our order and we would receive one plate every 30 minutes. We noticed that other tables were being served ahead of of even those that came in later finished eating before we receive some of our dishes. Two hours in and we were still starving. Most people will opt for the AYCE menu, about $30-32 per person. Their dishes are numbered 1-50, and you order on paper, it's much simpler than a sushi concept since it's very well divided. They prepare dishes as you order them so it's always fresh and hot as they bring them. I liked the shrimp dishes more than the beef and chicken since it was pretty big pieces. We finished off with a fried ice cream ball, the size of a baseball and coated in an intriguing batter. The service is pretty quick and courteous and the decor lends itself to a celebratory vibe. My fiance and I chose the all-you-can-eat menu (we got a deal off livingsocial). First off, the decor is breathtaking. You can see pictures on their website. But that's where our awe with the restaurant ends. Having just come back from Thailand, we were not impressed with their water-thin curry nor their lemongrass or basil dishes- which didn't taste like either, respectively. We ordered several lemongrass and basil dishes and kept hoping... but couldn't taste the flavors! Although I found 4-5 leaves in the basil dish that if I chewed, I could verify was basil. Their Thai food was really Chinese food, with basil and lemongrass added in the names. That being said, for those who have NEVER been to Thailand to try authentic Thai dishes, the atmosphere of this restaurant will grant you a nice dining experience. Finally, even with my living social deal ($20 for a $40 voucher to use towards buffet for 2), the final meal price came to about $25/person for the buffet menu. Pretty pricey. read more

It is true the interior design of this restaurant is very well done, impressive use of lights to highlight the bright colours. The service was good, as we were party of eight we had the attention of more then one person. The food is delicious, the peanut butter dumplings and the crispy spinach are my favourite. I'm a salad freak: the papaya, mango, house salads are well sized and perfectly dressed. There is a testing menu that is all you can eat and the list of dishes you can pick from is impressive. Beware of the tasting menu delays. The food comes late and you need to remind about your order. Whoever ordered a la carte received the food on time, but for some of my friends the waiting for their tasting menu choices was too much. Overall, none of the dishes were amazing but the food did taste okay. Everything was made with fresh vegetables and tasted fresh.
