I was told that my issue at the time of service was a great concern to her of every sign and symptom being seen in cancer. I suffered the pain of a biopsy procedure and waited 6 days and calling each day for results on a biopsy then was told it wasn't done. Now I'm still waiting on other test results which was sent to the office but the nurse practitioner chose to leave the office for an event w her daughter wo being curtious enough to just give me a simple call to let me know whether I have cancer or not and mind you both my parents died w cancer at an early age. My mother died younger than I am now. I am serious pain and feel that I have had a low grade temp for several days as well. I have an apt w another gyn. I'd highly caution people against using this facility. They've repeatedly reported false…read moreinformation in my medical records. The record is so far off it seems switched with someone else's entirely. When asked to send my record to me to seek care elsewhere this facility sent my medical records to another facility instead of me without consent. They've even falsely reported that a visit occured when just a simple phone call without the Dr occurred. When asking this facility to update my records they refused to hold my appointment or allow me to speak with the Dr, failed to update my records and tried to force me into paying a surprise bill. Look up surprise bill in Tennessee and see what you get. Look up retaliation from a doctor and see what you get. Look up patients rights to request medical record, medical record updates, and access to referrals and see what you get. Look up sending protected medical information without a patients consent and see what you get. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

No apology. No help in finding my medication. While I understand they are in the business of making money, I also think they should be in the business of taking care of customers. I'm unsure why a pharmacist would deny a diabetic their medication with no warning or further explanation than we "lose money." I do not recommend them, and I will never fill any other prescription there.
