The also sold some parma meats, some jams and other things that go with cheese. If you go there around lunch they have a selection of grilled cheese sandwiches that look good. Nothing is pre-prepped. It is instead made fresh for you to your specs. She has a HUGE selection of meats and cheeses - Swiss, provolone, cheddar, Havarti, and more. Upon asking politely to receive service ( was ignored for minutes by 4 workers, not one made an eye contact with me) I was scolded so badly my knees were shaking. This was my second time in Polcan, both times the women were miserable, appearance wise and customer service wise. I feel stressed imagining going back so I won't, ever again!
