We booked Say Cheese for a four-hour time slot - and Patrick arrived at the venue promptly at the start of our window. Not only did he set up all of his own supplies quickly  - but he even helped us put together our branded backdrop, which definitely would not have happened if he hadn't stuck around to help. Patrick provided a few fun, holiday-themed props - which our guests simply adored! The photos not only print out in strips - but can also be sent right to your phone, which makes it easy to share on social media. I also loved the personalization option of being able to add a logo to the photo strips for the event. This is small detail that makes a big difference. We were lucky enough to win a package with Say Cheese Photobooth at a wedding show, for our December 2007 wedding. I'm so glad we won! I think the package included a free hour or something like that, because we did end up paying something for the photobooth - the amount totally escapes me now - but it was still pretty affordable. Our guests absolutely loved the photobooth. It was setup at our reception, toward the back of the room, so it was out of the way and did not distract other guests. We provided props, but those aren't really necessary as people just had fun having their picture taken in the booth. The booth took a series of 4 or 5 photos (can't remember exactly!) in black and white. It provided 2 copies of each strip - one for the guest to keep and the other to go into a scrapbook that the booth operator compiled for my husband and me. That was the best part, really! The strips went into the scrapbook and each guest could scribble a message or whatever they wanted beside their script. It was like having a second guest book - very cool. Say Cheese was really great to work with. The operator showed up right on time, quickly set up the booth and was professional throughout. The only good thing about the photobooth was that we paid for the scrapbook and our guests could write a note next to their picture. Other than that this was a very poor photobooth compared to what we expected. The props were terrible, all they had were small black mustaches/glasses on a stick. We also paid for the photobooth that is able to roam around the dance floor so we could get some great dancing pictures. The attendant there said that the photobooth we had did not have that capability. It turns out after I emailed the company and asked about this, we did have the correct photobooth but the attendant was not trained well enough to know this. They offered us a small refund for 1 hour of service but we only have a wedding once and those pictures that we wanted to capture are priceless. I would not recommend this photobooth company to anyone, do your research and go with someone else. read more

Patrick was amazing! Very responsive to all my email inquiries and super easy to coordinate with. I was concerned about delivery time and time we would be using it but he was super flexible about it. The photo booth was a HIT at my wedding! We got two prints at the time and then they sent me a dropbox with all the digital files. We teetered on having a photo booth at our wedding and wow am I glad we did - and that we went with Say Cheese. Having the booth with an attendant was one of the highlights of the wedding - for those who aren't dancers, they definitely had a blast taking photos and the best part is that we get to see ALL of them on the flash drive the mailed us. The photo book they gave us at the end of the night is something we'll keep forever - it's funny but it also gave our guests a chance to write little notes to us. We got to catch the moments we missed while running around through the photos and everyone raved about how they liked being able to take an old fashioned photo strip (or five) home as their favor instead of some candy or something that would be gone the next day.
