We had our photo shoot with Katie in October 2009 in Kalamazoo/Portage. The whole shoot was…read moreoutdoors. Katie was so easy to work with. She knew some great places for backgrounds that turned out beautiful. She was really laid back and gave some suggestions, but also let us be us. My dog was acting up that afternoon and wouldn't sit still for a minute - I am impressed that she captured so many good moments with him. He was more interested in chasing ducks than posing for a picture. For that matter, my husband was acting up too, but she was able to get so many wonderful pictures of us. When I saw the pictures I was amazed. They are so beautiful and artistic. I can't believe it is us! I loved how she took ones from different perspectives. I also loved the editing - she showed us some pics in color, b&w, and sepia. I HIGHLY recommend K Redmond Photography. I am going to cherish these pictures for a lifetime.
