I can say without a doubt that we did the right step every time and got the best result out of it. I am terribly disappointed in California's laws (no accountability, putting debt on landlords backs and forcing them into bankruptcy), and the court system (e-filling on your own without a lawyer is virtually impossible) but this law group navigated it all without a hitch. Given how much back and forth we had, how much paperwork with had to file, and difficulty of my tenants I'd say they were also great value and bang for the buck. I particularly like that they gave me a flat fee at every step and in the eventuality of a jury trial. Would use again 10/10.

I really needed to get rid of them, not only were they a financial burden but a bone of contention in my marriage. In 2018, I was given Mitchell Sussman's name and told he had a Palm Springs office. He now has many other locations. I made an appointment with Jeff Murphy to go over the information on both my timeshare and see what could be done. Jeff was very clear on how the process worked and the timeframe it would take, 'about a year'. I was charged a flat rate for each timeshare which was a lot less than the maintenance fee's for one. I payed the fee, signed some papers to allow him to take it from there. He instructed me to stop paying anything to the timeshare companies and to let him know if I received any calls or mail from them. I did and forward his info to them so he could take care of it. I called to check on things after 4 months and again at 10 months. Jeff was happy to give me an update on where the process was each time. He encouraged me to hold tight we were almost there. It did take a year and two months and it was done, completely finished. I was freed of both timeshares as anticipated and what a relief for me! I got no more calls or notices from either timeshare and a HUGE weight was lifted off my shoulders! I have referred Jeff Murphy at Mitchell Sussman's Palm Springs office many times over the years. All the referrals have come back to me with huge thanks. I can wholeheartedly refer anyone with nagging timeshare fees and the need to exit to call any of Mitchell Sussman's offices.
