My salesman was not only new and had zero product knowledge but was lazy and rude. He would not return a call and it took me over a week to get a price on a tractor. The manager was no better, reminded me of a shady used car salesman. I went to the Kubota dealer in Springfield and saved $2000 on the exact same tractor. I would avoid this dealership at all costs, you will get the same equipment from other Kubota dealers at much cheaper prices. They are still required to do warranty work on Kubota tractors if they are the closest one to you. (although i have read that their service department is no better than the sales department). Any kubota dealer within a few hundred miles will deliver your tractor and do all the paperwork on delivery, so do not be afraid to shop around, you do not have to drive there.

Nothing is ever done on time or even when they say the 3rd time. This is based on multiple visits and never have I been treated so poorly and rudely by a select few. BUT, as we were leaving we apparently went out of the parking lot the wrong way (we were doing the same as the two cars before us) and a van with Waggoner's Nursery stickers on the side was waiting to turn in to the parking lot and the gentleman driving the van was very upset with my husband for apparently coming out of the parking lot the wrong way and proceeded to shake his head, throw his hands up in the air, point at us and who knows where else and shout things that we thankfully could not hear! Had we not been in a hurry my husband would have taken back all that we had just purchased! Sadly, the wonderful experience we had just had a few minutes earlier had turned into one that we will never be back for again! I'm sorry that this gentleman was unhappy about the way we were coming out of the parking lot of his business but as I said before this was our first visit and we had no clue that there was a certain way you were suppose to use! They claimed they couldn't find another tire online. When I received my mower back I searched online for a new tire and found one on the Husqvarna website immediately. I got it a few days later mailed to me and went to replace the tire...turns out the guy put my tire on backwards as an added "thank you for your service". They took advantage of me, because I am a younger female who is still learning. Beware.
