Here is my review of Caitlin's services: Her customer services skills is highly recommended, very engaging and seeks your input into the process. At the end of the day, it's the outcome YOU want, not what the technician wants. Of course with her experience, her input and suggestions is vital to achieving that outcome you desperately want. So ask questions and tell her what it is that you want to achieve from the process. That was me and that was what I did. I asked and suggested what I want to achieve. But more importantly for me was the end result of my procedure that really excites me every morning when I wake up. No more dreading the thought of a bald head but now my scalp looks healthy and fuller. I wanted to look good(well I can't improve on nature lol) but my result is amazing. Established in 2014.

Caitlin started with a international diploma of Beauty Therapy in 2005, and has worked as a surgical hair tech since 2007 - also now specialising in Scalp MicroPigmentation for both men and women.

Meet the Business Owner: Caitlin J.

I personally perform Scalp Micropigmentation for Male baldness, Women with hair loss, Alopecia patients and for those wishing to camouflage scalp scars. I have chosen to be affiliated with Scalp Aesthetics for the use of their specifically designed Inks and Needles for SMP work. I am also lucky enough to be affiliated with Dr. Marzola Hair Transplant Surgeon- A member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery as a hair tech. All essential skills for hairline design, technique when combining SMP and Hair Transplant procedures. My experience as a Hair Tech began in 2007 with Dr. George Kerry, and began with Dr. Marzola in 2008, refining my skills as a hair tech and now a hair transplant ‘Planter’. I am passionate about this field. Each patient has their own story why they have decided to walk through the door. I attended the ISHRS 2012 Annual conference in Alaska where I first saw SMP, I knew this was for me.

Left with horrible facial scar…read more I went in for removal of small spider vein, probably only visible to me. I usually go to a dermatologist office for this. I have been doing this for 15 years every couple years- no incident. But I was burnt so severely at advanced cosmetic medicine that all the thin layers of fat and collagen have been burnt away leaving a hole - an atrophic scar- in bridge of my nose. I have to have plastic surgery to try to treat this ugly scar. I have had a consult and they said I have two options- cut it out and be left with a linear stitch scar or try fat grafting and a bunch of laser. It's been utterly devastating and humiliating. It is life changing. Advanced cosmetic medicine has contributed money toward my treatment for this scar. However it's far from the emotional impact this has had on me, and all the down time from treatments which so far hasn't worked. I've missed a lot of work, and I am losing friends. Feeling desperate, depressed and scared that I may be stuck like this forever.
