Speaking of arrival - though they squeezed me in last minute, they arrived EXACTLY at 4:30, even responding to my text confirming they were on schedule when I asked them one hour earlier. They were kind, professional, and efficient, even taking an extra twin sized foam mat and bag of random parts that went with the A/C unit. Bonus - no problem figuring out their own parking and loading in busy Midtown for a high-rise. As a consumer you pay the money to have someone else do this reliably and quickly. I drink a lot of non-alcoholic beer and I thought that their cans were applicable to the Ontario Deposit Return Program, so I calculated that I'd get a bunch off. I was strapped for cash so I emailed them to ask them if I could get x amt of $ off them hauling away my cans - but they didn't respond. Then I got to 800 cans and emailed him again. This time I knew that they weren't eligible for the ODRP and I had separated them. Still no response. Then I called him and they lied to me saying they had emailed me. Then they were offensive - saying that because they have 2600 customers that there's no way they'd remember me. They also said they "didn't care how I paid" - which was weird.
