They came that evening at 6:30 with a portable air conditioner for "just in case" and had it fixed and on their way home at 7:30. You can provide your own lock (and spray it with some lubricant (white lithium grease is best because it does not attract dust & clog the lock like WD-40 can do) before you leave so it'll open when you come back . . . because humidity does a job on locks here! We were locked out because our expensive new Master lock (which hadn't been opened for 3 months) was bound up from the ravages of humidity. Judy made a special trip to help us, & brought along a can of WD-40, and when we back 2 days later, the lubricant had done it's work and thankfully the lock opened up. Locksmith would've cost +/- $75. We couldn't be more pleased with the service at Sue White Mini Storage!
