Seriously though we hired it for our painters and they used it to paint the outside of the house. It provided a very safe and efficient way to get the job done, making their job both easier and more efficient. The scaffolders were polite, and fast workers, leaving the garden in good order when it was erected and dismantled. In ordering the scaffolding Sarita was both friendly, efficient and very helpful. Steve in liaising was likewise. What more could you ask? Lastly, but also very importantly the price could not be beaten, excellent value!!! Very pleased with the exceptional service, highly recommend and plan to definitely use again in the future.

Although I haven't needed to use any other of their many services, they do 24/7 call outs for business & home technical problems. Look out for the Geek Squad cars driving around London!!

We paid our premiums for almost two years and then unfortunately I dropped my phone and needed to…read moreclaim on the policy. Carphone Warehouse made the process sound so very simple and up until the Geek Squad were involved it was :( When I returned to the shop 24 hours later to collect the replacement phone, the wrong phone was put into the box. The label on the box did not match the contents which in turn did not match the product code on their system. Geek Squad did not allow me to keep the incorrect phone and instead I was to wait 2-3 days before the correct phone could be delivered ... 3 days elapsed and still no phone and no update. So we called Carphone Warehouse who confirmed that they had not received any delivery today. Then we chased Geek Squad and since replacing my phone Gold iPhone 6 128GB was proving difficult we assumed, as we were told when we purchased the policy, that the phone would be upgraded. The Geek Squad however would not upgrade me, and therefore I needed to wait at least another 72 hours before I have a phone which will not be Gold as I had initially purchased or insured but another colour. The Geek Squad felt that they had offered a resolution by either waiting over 8days or that we could go into our local Carphone Warehouse Store who would order a replacement from their stock which would take another 24 hours ... They refused to transfer our call to a Manager or Team Lead. They refused to give us a name of either Manager or Team Lead. The front of their brochure says ..."to avoid mobile misery" alas this is false advertising. Page 3 confirms "we'll take care of your claim quickly" again that is a false statement. Keep your premiums and put them in a jam jar so that as when something happens to your phone you have some spare cash to help with the repair. But don't pay this company :( Saturday 25th June ... Carphone Warehouse and Geek Squad are now arguing amongst themselves about the screen protector. Page 10 of their booklet confirms that they will cover ANY accessories purchased at the same time as your phone. Another False statement it appears :( 6 days without a phone and it won't happen tomorrow which takes us to next week ... 8 days and counting
