Requests for the lost item to be replaced went ignored and the manager shouted at me and implied several times I was lying. They don't take any responsibility for what the cleaning factory or their tailor does, which is important given they regularly mess up. Instead they blame the customer. There were no refunds or discounts and everything was paid for upfront. This is a dodgy unprofessional outfit.
