Well unfortunately we called a few times and no one picked up but the answer machine just said they were with another client. Instead of closed.. so we drove almost 2 hours to look at a couple camper very very interested in. And pull up well before closing time and it was actually closed... unfortunate because we probably won't make that drive again. Scenic Roads RV Center is as good as it gets! My husband and I have tried several RV service centers in our area and we are most happy to have finally found one with a knowledgeable and professional staff. We appreciate how Janet doesn't overschedule the service center and schedules an appointment when they can actually put their hands on our rig. We have had other centers keep our RV for months, leaving it out in the element, only to have it returned with water and mildew inside. Kevin is very knowledgeable about repairs and service and fixes things right the first time. We feel that our RV is in very capable hands with Kevin. I have done business with several RV centers over the passed 35 years. I have never found a dealership as great as Kevin, Janet, and staff. The most important thing is honesty and they are honest if it is sales related, service, and/or the store sales for those hard to find items. I had someone back into my RV. It was the busy time of the year. They ordered all the parts for the whole side of the fifth wheel and had me back camping sooner than I thought possible. They also give a 10% discount to Veterans. Spent two days looking at a camper, tried to negotiate a good deal, but owner not willing to negotiate, then told us two other people were interested in the exact unit we wanted to buy. Scare tactics and high pressure kind of leave a bad taste in my mouth when plunking down that much cash for a used camper. read more

VERY poor communication AND customer service!! If I could give no stars, I would!! We were staying across the street at the KOA until we could close on our home and our coach began filling with smoke in the back and smelled horrible. Since I could see this business across the interstate from the KOA I called to see if they could come over and take a look. As soon as the woman answered the phone I could barely understand her and questioned if I had even called the right place. When I told her my situation and asked if someone could come over to take a look she seemed like she was being put out. NEVER once did she say that they did not do service calls. She told me she didn't even know where her guys were but would call me back after lunch. This was at around 11-1130. She never called back but a young man showed up around 1245-1. He took a look and we narrowed it down to the furnace. He said he needed to get tools and would be back in a while. He came back a few hours later. After he worked for about 30 min, he told me that he was going to take the furnace out and bring it to his shop because it was easier to take it apart over there with more room. At this point I specifically asked him if he would be able to fix it by that evening. We were expecting below freezing temperatures. And he said "oh yeah". He left and a few minutes later Joanne (or whatever her name was, she is the owners wife) called to tell me that Trent (the young man who had been working in the unit) and Kevin (who turned out to be the owner and her husband) were going to come back and remove the furnace. I was very confused because Trent said he was removing the furnace. The back end of my coach was wide open so I had no idea he hadn't done that already. Joanne commenced to tell me that it would not be fixed that night because she could not get an authorization from our warranty company. When I asked why, she said because she didn't have my paperwork. ?????? She had never asked for anything. I told told her that I'd be happy to get it to her but I didn't have a car since my husband was at work in Murfreesboro. I also told her that Trent said it would be done that night and had I known they couldn't do the job I would have called someplace else. She commenced to tell me that they do not even do service calls and had put their whole day on hold for us and that I had not even paid for the service call. Are you kidding?!?! I had asked Trent if he wanted a check for the service call and I knew we had a deductible for the warranty and he said no it was fine until he knew what was going on. I could not believe that she just tried to put a guilt trip on me! I told her that since moving here a few weeks earlier that she was the most unkind person I had come across and that she had poor customer service skills. She then asked if I wanted the job completed and I said yes because my coach was wide open in the back and exposed to the elements. Trent and Kevin came over and removed the furnace and took it to the office to test it and said there was nothing wrong with it that they could find and that there must be dust in the ductwork that is causing the smell. My question was well can that cause a fire? Kevin said no it doesn't get that hot. I asked him well then where is the smoke coming from because where there is smoke there is fire? He just said it was dust. In this whole process he did discover that whoever built our coach had driven a screw through an electrical wire and that there was water in the bay (the wire with the screw, were sitting in the water). He supposedly took the screw out and made the hole bigger so the water would drain. My husband showed up before they were done and when he confronted Kevin about my situation with Joanne, he told my husband that I went ballistic on his wife and that they were doing this job out of the goodness of their hearts! Lol! I'll leave that right there. We paid their service call charge and they told us to just let it run and see if it did it again. The next day we got up and now we have no hot water! The water heater will not work on neither electric nor propane. My husband called to talk to Kevin and was told he would call him back and Kevin never called him back. Now should we be suspicious???? Just take my word for it and stay FAR FAR AWAY from this place!!! read more

I recently had a water leak in my fifth wheel camper, I called the dealership where the camper was purchased and received little to no help at all. I work near Scenic Roads RV Center and stopped in to see if they carried the needed part in-house, not only did they have the part I needed, I spoke with a man named Kevin in the service department and I'm glad I did!
