This is an automotive service shop you can trust- full stop. If you are anywhere close to them, go give them your business - you won't be disappointed. I was the perfect candidate to be ripped off - female, traveling solo, driving an older used car with a history of "engine starter problems". It was my very good fortune that J. was the tow driver AAA dispatched; he listened, he offered a solution that would let me to continue my interrupted journey: allow his employer to order & install a replacement starter. There was NO hard sell - it was just an option, which I gratefully agreed to. Upon arrival at All Towed Up, Steven Wilson (owner) listened to my story, checked the car over, and determined that the problem almost certainly was NOT a bad starter. He told me I didn't need a new starter, that he could return the one ordered specifically for my car, and that if I did have further trouble to call him directly. And of course recommended once I got home to have my local mechanic check car thoroughly examine the car for what did cause the "no start" issue. It would have been easiest thing in the world for Steve to replace the not-bad starter in my car with the one he had ordered, and send me on my way. I would have agreed to that - I didn't know any better. BUT this is an honest man, with honest employees and runs an honest business. Called in to get a quote on a tow after calling 3 other companies in the area- all of them quoted me over $400! I talked to Steve and he was kind and listened to my situation, he told me he would take care of the tow and repair in one bill! He knew I was trying to get to a wedding and gave me a ride to the nearest rental car place at no charge! I went to the wedding, and came back to my car being fixed. They even picked me up at the rental car place in the next town over and brought me to get my car- for free! The whole office was kind and polite, and went out of their way to help from start to finish. I would have missed my sisters wedding if it wasn't for them. read more

I wrecked my truck the other day, and didn't know who to call. I tried to call another company that came up on top of the listing for tow companies, but they were rude- so I called the next company on the list- All Towed Up. They answered the phone very polite and were quick to get me some help, and walk me through what would happen next. Tyler was great - offered me a ride and told me that they could help me get my property unloaded at home before they took the truck to their yard. These guys were great! Sophia answered the phone when I called and was very sweet, she walked me through how the whole process worked, told me the name of the driver that was coming to get my car, how long he would be, and offered to give me a ride into town if I needed. I am on a fixed income and this is my only transportation so get my car back quickly was very important to me- they promised to get it done as soon as possible , and they didn't disappoint. All Towed Up and Steve were wonderful to me, they helped to recover my car after I was in a roll over accident at night. They were kind and allowed me to get my groceries out of the vehicle before they took it away. They made sure to cover my car at no extra charge to protect my personal belongings. They helped me to deal with insurance and even let me store my car a few extra days at no charge. I hope I am never in an accident again, but if I am I will definitely call All Towed Up. read more

I had a flat tire in my driveway and called triple AAA and they sent out Mr. Wilson. He was super nice and did the best job getting my spare back on my truck. he treated me like I was family and it turned out he was the owner of the business! I was traveling from Kentucky when my car just quit on me- they towed my car at a reasonable rate and fixed it for me by the next morning!
