AWFUL! Gentle Cure IG-SRT is misleading. They will tell you that it only goes skin deep and it is very localised. Yet they cover your torso & neck with lead vests; your eyes with lead glasses; and then they leave the room. After 4 weeks both retinas and both maculas started to detach in both of my eyes. That cannot be a coincidence. Then when I quit the SRT, they refused me any treatment at all. But they surely collected their $35,000 from my insurance company and they have not refunded my three weeks of prepaid co-pay ($1,700) that I did not use. And unbelievably, after four weeks of three times a week visits, I never once met the doctor, only her technicians. read more

I've been to this office several times now, seeing Nate Fielding. I went initially for a spot I was worried about, thankfully it was nothing & I went ahead & scheduled a full body scan after that appointment because I felt so comfortable with him & knew I needed to! Since then I've been back for a followup service. All 3 appointments have been great. Insurance coverage, out of pocket charges, and services rendered all explained accurately. Their billing department is horrible. First time, I made a payment and they didnt have it recorded I made the payment and the lady was rude about it until she figured out I was right. Second, they billed the wrong insurance that I no longer have so that was a cluster trying to get that figured out... waste of my time. They also didnt bill the "insurance" until 4 months after my procedure. I will be switching dermatologists and I do not recommend. read more

I have been going to Dr. Schaberg for years. I am impressed with her knowledge and service. I wouldn't consider going to anyone else.

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. I went to Dr. Schaberg because I had a spot on my nose that would not heal for a few months. When she entered the room, she did not even introduce herself to my mom or I. She simply walked up, whipped this silver can off of her waistband, and froze the spot on my nose without any warning. She then did a scrape biopsy, and while doing it said "I hope this is a big enough biopsy that they'll be able to tell what it is". So, a few days later, the results came back "non-cancerous, inconclusive". She then prescribed me a cream for a fungal infection. Fast forward another 13 months, another dermatologist did another biopsy, and I had infiltrative basal cell carcinoma. Skin cancer at age 28. And, due to the fact that Dr. Schaberg missed this totally, I had a very serious, very invasive set of 3 surgeries to fix the issue and get rid of the cancer. These surgeries left me with over 100 stiches, a 6" scar from my scalp to my eyebrow, and a completely new nose. It grows hair by the way, since the new nose came from my scalp. So yeah, try the dating scene at age 30 with hair on your nose. It's just lovely. Dr. Schaberg singlehandedly ruined my life. If she had caught this sooner, I wouldn't have suffered such deep depression, wouldn't have threatened and contemplated suicide for years, and would maybe have some quality of life left. I hope she reads this and feels guilty for the rest of her life. read more

I am very unhappy with this office. First, Dr. Shaberg is rather rude. She made several racist remarks about me working at the location I work -- not okay. Secondly, she is fairly intrusive and doesn't explain what she's doing. A lot "I hope this works...." or "I think it's okay..." comments. Again, not okay for a doctor. Many of the office staff workers are very rude. Have left countless rude voicemails on my phone from billing due to insurance issues (their fault, not the insurance) and continually tells me, I better get it figured out before I come back to see them. I will most definitely be looking for a new doctor. read more

Called this morning as a new patient, was highly dissatisfied. Receptionist was short and unhelpful and very unwelcoming. Did not want to schedule with that office. Will be looking elsewhere. read more

The gal who answers the phone to schedule appoinments for Dr. Schaburg was not friendly and borderline rude. She had to ask for my date of birth three times and I had to repeat my name and describe my issue twice. She put me on hold to check appointment times and then came back with one option that did not work for me. This person needs a new job! read more

Wish I could give this zero stars, worst experience with a doctor I've ever had! Dr.Schaberg was so rude and didn't listen to anything I had to say about my skin problems. I had an allergic reaction to a medicine she prescribed that landed me in the ER. After my ER visit, a couple of weeks later I went back to tell Dr.Schaberg that the medicine she prescribed took me to the ER. She wouldn't even listen to what I had to say and would go on about how that prescription couldn't have caused that. She was just so rude by making me out like I was a complete liar even though the ER doctor told me that is what caused it. I finally went to a different dermatologist and told them about my experience and they said that the medicine Dr.Schaberg prescribed me can cause an allergic reaction. So definitely never going back to Dr.Shaberg Dermatologist. read more

this is the worst place ever! for the two seconds the doctor spent with me each time , you could tell it was only for my insurance . She could of cared less about me. her exam was not thoroughly done and I was lead to believe i needed a 4th treatment of a different kind the Blue Light. Mind you this is my 4th visit so far no insurance issues, upon this visit i was lead into the treatment room where the young lady stated " i gotta get approval ," I thought she meant from the Doctor but she pick up her hand held computer and within 20 seconds she said nope your insurance will not pay, it will be 700.00 today and two more treatments of two more costs. I didn't know what to say or think.. Why didn't they already know they had 8 weeks to figure out my insurance before my appointment and before i was lead into the treatment room, so very unprofessional ..be aware and stay away read more
