On 10/30/20 we walk in a man is at the desk we fill out papers pay for the service wait a few minutes in the waiting room a lady comes out doesn't introduce herself says "you can go to the room" we proceed down a short hallway my mom asks the lady about the stuffed animals out front to put the baby's heartbeat in she says to my mom rudely "all I need to know is if I need to record the baby's heart beat you can pay for that later"she said "go get into the room" she comes in shuts the door sits next to my daughter asks if we want to know the gender" I reply not today please put it in an envelope" she then asks "are you going to open it now or later?" "I say we are doing a reveal next weekend" then she says "That's not what I asked you!" so I calmly and politely ask "Why are you being so rude?" "Is there someone else here who can do this ultrasound? "then she snaps she rips off her mask and screams" I am the owner get the f*** out!! " We were all so shocked...."I say are you kidding me?" I walk down the hall to the man at the desk and say I need a refund she then comes down there and says "you need to shut the f*** up and get the f*** out" looks at my mom, daughter, my son and my daughters friend and says" you all go get the f*** out of here" "I said I am getting a refund and you are a terrible business woman I will tell everyone I know about this experience" (mind you I never said one cuss word to this woman nor raised my voice) "she said I dont give a f*** what you do now leave!!" I got my receipt and left. I looked at my receipts we got there at 4:13 she was kicking us out at 4:22 so a total of 9 minutes including wait time. She was a completely out of line for treating my family and I in this way there was absolutely no reason for it. It was so shocking we have never in a public place by an owner or anyone been treated that way and I have never in 20 years of being in the medical field spoken to anyone like that nor would I for her to speak to my pregnant daughter and my mother in that way plus my teenage son was there it was soooooo uncalled for we in no way deserved that treatment. I am very curious to know if she has treated other families in this way and if so she needs some sort of consequences she ruined this entire experience for us and treated us so poorly. Her husband the co-owner refunded our money and he didn't say a word the entire time it was as if he'd experienced this with her many times before. This was all just a shock and not at all how this experience should have gone for my daughter.

It got me in the wrong freaking place! It took me nearly an hour from Arnold to get to this place. There are clear directions on the map that the doctor's office provides. Use those & not the dreaded GPS. The staff were very very nice. Typical of any healthcare facility to have an insane amount of paperwork to fill out. I jokingly said to them that I would gladly provide a thumb drive of my health info. for them to download. In any case, the physician's assistant (methinks) did the injections perfectly. I hate needles. I can't watch anyone give me injections. Gives me the heebie jeebies. Just a pinprick. Small needle. Simply awesome! The bad part of this experience was that the order did not contain the word "MRI." So, they had to call the knee doctor's office for a brand new order for insurance purposes. I had to wait & wait. Total time spent at this facility: about 2 hours. The headphones that they provide does not drown out the sound of the MRI machine at all! I would much rather prefer this sound than the sound of a barking dog. It is incredibly cold (a bit tooo cold for this zero fat skinny bitch) in the room. The blanket provided some comfort. All in all, awesome staff & facility. Parking is plentiful.
