He follows up, he makes sure everything is in order, he even comes out to check on things multiple times through the process. This isn't typical service. This is what all other companies should be aspiring towards. He recognizes that, as a homeowner, the most valuable thing we own is our home and he wants us to be satisfied with the work. Believe me, I am. As if that's not enough, there's Clint's man on the ground: Robert. Here again, to say Robert does a good job is unfair - he's exceptional. Courteous, helpful, also willing to own the work, but the most importantly when dealing with contractors: he makes sure the job is done right. At one point, I asked if they were close to finishing. Robert pointed out that he'd finish if I wanted him to, but he'd rather do the job right. Considering how much work I was having done, I realized there was no better answer. In the end, the only thing that slowed them down was the weather. As a homeowner, it's not always easy to know if you're getting a quality company when you have to find someone online. Let me save you effort: you want Clint and Blue Apex. The only trepidation I have about posting this is that they get so many customers that when I need them next, they won't be able to fit me in. Thankfully, the entire exterior of my house has been improved by Clint and his team, so I think I have some time before I need them again. But I know who I'll call if the need arises.

It was quite upsetting to have a project go wrong and the prior installer did not back up his work as promised. Because the prior installer was not a Certified 5 star contractor I was not covered by Certain teed on the install. Subsequently, I hired Chuck Reina, the owner of Reina Renovations due to his experience and promise to monitor the job every day. The install was neat and more importantly correct! The truth is he under budgeted for the job and then continued to ask for more money and finally I cut him off and had to have someone come in to finish it which is the final product he posted. Those are my photos and they were professionally done. This job was supposed to cost 82k per his proposal. He cost me over 50k more than that. He left an incomplete interior. No front porch. No back deck. He never paid the electrician or the plumber. I can provide all details, along with texts and invoices. Besides my personal feelings on the quality of work or lack there of Joe and JMAC Contractor's beat me for a lot of money. I will also post a picture of him actually giving an excuse about him going back to the job almost a month after his cell phone was turned off and he no showed me.
