I drove over 20 minutes 3 different times to get my prescription but they kept saying it wasn't called in- the doctor's office even called to see why they were saying it was never called in when it was in fact called in. Why are you calling to say my prescription is ready if ypu claim it was never called in? When I expressed my frustration having to come there 3 different times Rachel snapped back saying there were several other pharmacies in the area I could use. Then she lied to the pharmacist saying I was being rude and swore at her and wanted to know if she could "refuse the sale" - doing all this within earshot of me. Going to another pharmacy is exactly what I did. Rick's pharmacy didn't lose my script and had it filled within 10 minutes. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Walking in there was a small table to check my temperature and the receptionist asked me the basic COVID-19 questions. Then I was allowed to go back to a room and wait for Kerry who I had an appointment with. Going back there was electric chairs, lift recliners, canes, walkers and etc. Kerry came into the room and explained everything about my new CPAP machine. I knew how to operate the menu, how and when to change and clean every part of it. She was very good..she measured the size of mask I needed and also adjusted the head straps to check and make sure there wasn't any leaks of air. After all the paperwork was explained and signed I was free to leave with the tote and bag of instructions. Kerry was awesome and so easy to understand. With Medicare, I'll own the machine in 13 months. This place is highly recommended. Thank you!

We were thrilled to find out that many repairs. even framework and motor work could be done in house. So many times you buy things and then you're on your own. This is not the case with Larry's Home Oxygen. At the last minute, we decided to check out another furniture store to make sure we had made the right choice, but ended up back at Larry's. I told him what had happened. He called right back, paper had jammed in the fax machine. By the time we arrived, they had been closed for some time. Rick was great, very understanding and went out of his way to see that I got the meds I needed. I will be switching all my scripts over to Rick's. The only improvement I have is I wish they used an app. It sure would help on my end, but even so, Rick has my business from now on.

The overall store seems clean. The employees have been very nice and helpful. I don't recall ever having any issues at checkout or with returns. Walmarts go this one's in line with all the rest. I will say one thing recently stood out is - order pick up. They were exceptionally thorough about checking my order of making sure where I wanted things placed and one gentleman even noticed that there was some ice cream that could've possibly leaked out and wanted to know if I wanted him to get a replacement. That was top-of-the-line.
