After working with Finmark Construction, I can say with 100% confidence, the homebuilding process is none of these things! Derek has a gift when it comes to taking your imagination and packaging into a beautiful and functional design that will come to life. The software they use allows you to get constant updates and provide immediate feedback. The schedule is laid out so you know exactly what to expect and when to expect it. I haven't talked with anybody who hired a builder that get's their project done on time AND within budget. Well, guess what? Finmark does that too!
