Mr. Mayer quickly added a junior lawyer, apparently to justify the additional rate of over $650 per hour for the junior lawyer to send the company, Rula, a cease and desist letter, to which the receiver company responded by doing absolutely nothing that was demanded in the cease and desist letter, then by which Mr. Mayer patted himself on the back suggesting that somehow that meant the company was taking the letter seriously. He then asked for a meeting twice and never showed up, and then ignored my emails about his no-shows at appointments he requested. This lawyer operates with little regard for the suffering of a client, whom he pressured into paying him/his company $1,500 (when I was in the middle of researching attorneys and firms in California) when he is not even a registered lawyer in my state, and left in me in same position, or worse, with now continued online harassment, theft of image and bio by the other company for its marketing purposes, and a continuation of retaliation even after terminating contract work with that very unscrupulous company.
