She was nothing but a smart ass then sent me to another manager who was too busy to deal with me so I had to go look for her in gardening. Then when I got there she was on the phone with the other manager that I just dealt with and hung up the phone and gave me the same attitude. Good to know that they don't honor any lifetime warranties. I will never buy another tool from them again. I recommend no one buy a tool from them ever. Especially if it has a lifetime warranty and they treat you like crap and do not honor it. All in all. Sutherlands customer service is the worst.
