What a racket. They were 2 days late they charged $235 to screw in plastic part that was sent by…read moremanufacturer. They diagnosed my heater (in a freeze warning) incorrectly also said it would take over a week to get part (I got part in 3 hrs, and it did not fix it) So they did not diagnose correctly, they over charged, and it took 4 weeks just to get a receipt. And 5 weeks later I still have broken heater. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY, A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
