My account manager was Tina, who was so helpful, accommodating, and patient. I had a little health emergency in the middle of the week I promised my deliverables, and she bent over backwards to help me out, working alongside me with another vendor I was working with to get my products finished and completed for my deadline. On top of all that, their paper recommendations were excellent and the printing quality was top notch. Their pricing is competitive and I love that I can personally pick it up, see proofs, and talk to a human being and not a chat bot. AND, there are dogs to pet when you go in. So, DUH. Best of all each time I went in (for the drop off and pick up) I was only there for about 10 minutes. Man, do I love efficiency. Would I make a special trip to this place to order my printing needs?
