Yes my wife is your client and yes she is still my wife. And yes I keep having to come into your office to sign paperwork YOU forgot about. So yes your reply is 100% accurate yet you forgot to mention that my review is 100% accurate. My research reveals that you do in fact charge her if and when she calls to ask you a question. My research reveals that yes in fact you did forget paperwork in which I had to make return visits to sign paperwork you forgot about. And lastly my research reveals that I am still married. My research also reveals that at no point in your response to this review did you mention the fees when a client calls you nor have you responded to how many times you forgot paperwork. The only point you made is that I am not your direct client. Which is redundant because my wife is your client and I am leaving this review based on my personal experience in which I am directly experiencing with your firm. Had I not been dealing with you directly I would not have had to experience your lack of paperwork and I would not have had to experience my return visits to sign paperwork your firm keeps forgetting. Nor would I experience my wife telling me she can't ask you what's taking so long because you charge her every and any time she calls to inquire why it's taking so long and why you keep forgetting more paperwork. "While the attorneys at Long Tuminello strive to address and correct all concerns our clients may have with respect to the services they have received from us." At no point in my directly dealing with your firm have I experienced you "strive" I find that comment to be 100% inaccurate. Would you like to comment on how many of those people who left you perfect reviews are actual clients?
