They were both incredibly friendly and inviting. They made the check-in process easy and were the perfect mix between friendly and professional. I also met Dr. Joe upon arrival, who was very friendly as well! He was not the kind of doctor to hide away in between patients - you could tell he genuinely wanted to get to know each person that entered the office. My appointment was at 9:45 AM, and I was brought to one of the rooms immediately. It seems like each person that arrives has little to no wait, which was a great surprise! Not that I would have minded waiting - the waiting area was clean, modern, and had great music playing. Being a first-time patient, Hannah brought me back and asked me multiple questions about my health. She was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. She was great at answering every question I had and explained everything in a very clear way. She took a few tests, explained what an ideal result would look like, and showed me my results. I think it was really helpful getting to see what my results were rather than just be told. After the initial assessment, I went to get X-Rays, which Hannah and Shayla both helped with. The X-Rays went by quickly and the instructions on how to stand were very clear. Dr. Joe was very flexible with my schedule, as I was just visiting some family and am currently living in California. Because of this, Dr. Joe took an initial look at some of my X-rays and pointed out some room for improvement. We also scheduled a Zoom call for next week to talk through my Xrays more thoroughly and chat through a recommended plan. Since I am out of state and about to head back home, he also gave me an adjustment (my first ever). He talked me through everything that he was doing and told me what to expect afterward (I.e. I may feel slightly sore, may end up sleeping great tonight, etc). Despite having just met Dr. Joe today, I could tell that he really cared about my health and well-being. I live in California and was just visiting family and he told me that he'd connect with some other chiropractors he knows and help me find someone out there. He was easy to talk to, professional and made me feel comfortable during the entire visit.

Unbelievable…read more Those are just a few of the many words that describe this office staff and Dr. Here's the bottom line: My daughter, being almost crippled for years with a variety of issues, now has her life back. Night (pre-Dr Stopa) and Day (after just a few sessions with Dr. Stopa). She went here after seeing many glowing reviews on Yelp. The staff was very personable and made her feel both comfortable and welcome. That alone was huge. Great staff! Dr Stopa and staff did a thorough exam and analysis and, perhaps, just as importantly, explained in detail the ROOT CAUSE of her issues and provided a plan to correct. Yes, one can always take an Advil or the like for pain, but why not get to the root of the problem? That's exactly what Dr Stopa did. My daughter can't say enough about the treatment here. Now, doing something that was once impossible like touching her toes is now easy. Things like that. My only regret is that she didn't come here earlier. Dr. Stopa and his awesome staff have earned my very highest recommendation. Simply stated, they are incredible and the results for my daughter have been nothing short of a miracle.
