With this, we brought the boat into Todd to have him fabricate a new cover. He looked at the OEM cover, stated that it was good material but needed a few alterations and reinforcements of which he performed for only $167. He could have easily sold us a $1500 one. I recently had an issue with an OEM motor cover and stitching. I brought that into him expecting to wait a week or two and pay $30-40 for the repair considering how busy he is. Todd immediately repaired it and charged me nothing, even after offering compensation, that is customer service! We highly recommend his business, he is honest and does outstanding work at a fair price. This is an actual customer experience, not a planted review.

Many parts were cut to the wrong size, some were recut and replaced, and some were installed poorly and didn't line up. Backsplashes are supposed to be square to each other and the countertop, and be at the same height where they meet- but not in this case, apparently. It seems no one in the cut shop or the install crew cares about quality and customer satisfaction. They don't understand this affects the future business of the company. Someone in management is not stressing these issues and not training the employees properly. I really don't know how they employees are treated.. this makes a huge difference. I also know good help is hard to find. What ever happened to the saying "Autograph your work with excellence" ? When it takes four trips over two months to install and correct mistakes (not all have been corrected and I had to point out and explain how to fix them before they were properly installed), there is a problem. That even sounds crazy to me, and I 'm living it. This company doesn't realize that when someone spends $10000, they expect a little something in return. You can't even buy quality and caring at BAGM. I don't think that this is too much to ask for. My advice is to try somewhere else. I'm am really disappointed, it is a beautiful product, but not my money's worth.

Phone calls, texts and emails were not returned. I was told it was an "upgrade" issue with their systems. After developing serious buyers remorse because of the tech and mechanical issues shared online about the Switch, I wanted to trade the never-in-the-water switch for a pontoon. Even getting pricing was near impossible. All I was told is that my $58,800 boat was now only worth $32,000 because it was registered, making it "used.". Still, I was unable to get a price. After being ghosted by Ecklund I visited Kens Power Sports in Green Bay. It was a dramatically different experience. A sales rep offered to take his day off and acclimate me to the boat on the water, only attempting to earn future business. That's customer service, not ghosting like from Ecklund. NEVER do business with Ecklund if you want basic service like calls, texts and emails returned. Do business with Joel at Ken's Power Sports and live happily ever after. This is a difference much more than good and bad. And Joel has sold more than 40 Sea Doo Switches with no problems or service complaints. Drive 30 miles north and find great service, caring people and business as it should be.
