Fifteen years ago he so very eloquently orchestrated my responses to the video taped and stenographer recorded deposition questioning directed to me by the high digit large attorney law firm hired by the oil and chemical company I was suing for a breach of contract, that after five days of deposition their attorney suggested that his defendant should make settlement with me. I have never seen a face go so pale as the oil company's pompous President. Settlement was a tidy TAX FREE sum of money for me, and leaving the oil and chemical company's President wondering what happened along with a high digit attorney firm bill. I'm certain they, in hind sight, know they should have simply followed our agreement to continue blending my proprietary product formulas, provide fulfillment and a little bit of additional customer service during a few months of necessary absence to protect my aerospace, aircraft and commercial manufacturing customers and mutual business interest. Two years later, I called on Mr. Fridley regarding a breach of contract by a small oil and chemical company that wanted leading edge metalworking water extendable coolant technology to market to their manufacturing customers, that I developed. Once they received the technology they refused to pay for the formulation and tried to go around my back to try and obtain certain proprietary ingredients and how to make needed chemical reactions, the necessary temperatures of components, etc, during the blending process. Mr.Fridley once again got me covered for the formulation and his services. They paid three times what they would have by doing the right thing! Now I am retired and needed to have a Trust done. When the bulk of the pressure came from my daily phone calls and emails and demanding letter from my realtor. Charged $2,000 dollars and they call to say I have an outstanding balance of $67.50 cents. If you are going to charge me for a service just tell me straight up, don't try to dazzle me. I would assume they handle big cases and the smaller cases they are going to squeeze every dollar out of. Payed my bill and never want to deal with them again.
