Our first meeting was 4/16, which went fine. 2 days later, I was sent quotes. After looking over quotes, I changed my mind and went with black windows and black wrap because my house is white. Lisa text'd me she was too busy to provide an updated quote, and she would have a Vanessa W. send a revised quote. When the quote was received, it was a quote for white, not black, windows, and not all windows were included. So I started calling, emailing and texting; I'd either get no response or a long, drawn-out text message about her health/family issues. This is not the way to gain or retain a customer base. It took the crew about a day and a half to install our windows and clean up after themselves and bam they were gone and all 17 windows looked great. They had one young man inside with a vacuum cleaner cleaning everything. We got our 1st full months electric bill and July was hotter than last year and we used less electricity this year and our bill was about $30.00 less than last years. That sounds like money in my packet and that is the way I like it. Quality Business-Thats my kind of business. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

I was unable to be there for the first sales appointment, so they came back & showed me their windows again! The order only took about 6 weeks to fill & they installed right away. Installers did a great job and even re-set the dining room table after they finished cleaning up! Overall this was a great experience & I highly recommend them to everyone!
