However, they did not complete the work we agreed to, leaving many large branches hanging precariously from the trees. The owner insisted that he had not agreed to their removal, though he acknowledged that his agent, who came to the house and agreed on the scope of work, had agreed to this work being in scope. He subsequently agreed to return to finish the work, but more than an month later he has not come back.
