The two sales reps that came (Bianca & Alexis) were super sweet and very honest/straightforward. No BS upselling. They were also very respectful of my home and cleanliness standards. Thick aluminum frames (much meatier than my neighbors), and they didn't just screw them into my windows. They use metal clamps to secure the frames, not plastic like others I've seen fail in the Texas sun. My screens really have an affect on the temperature inside my house.
