I've driven by before and always wondered what was in there. They had everything from travel supplies, luggage, and plenty of agents to help you book a vacation or get a membership. I even noticed they had charging stations for electric vehicles outside which would be great to know since I recently got an electric car. Anyways, back to the photo. I walked in, was greeted by an agent and she took me over to grab my mugshot. They printed it out and gave me a couple of copies. The whole thing only cost around $15, which is what it costs at the post office too. I think I will definitely be back to check out the stuff they have inside because I saw some great luggage and items for a couple of trips I have planned coming up.

The waiting room has TV, Wi-Fi and power outlets. The restrooms were better than most restaurants. The folks working the counter come across as friendly and helpful. I was not oversold on any repair option. They offered several times to drive me somewhere while I waited. As a AAA member I received a bunch of free inspections and labor based services without asking for them, They did them because it fit my situation. Otherwise the prices were very fair. This is a small office that I think originally was just a AAA car repair office. It only has a few people working there. We went in and asked for maps. I'm not sure why the person at the reception desk couldn't have just gotten them for us. Instead we had you wait for one of rhe travel advisors. Anyhow, we left about 30 minutes later loaded with maps, tour books, and a few other brochures about the Finger Lakes that I picked up. Now time to get planning our trip.
