I booked my own round…read moretrip flight from the states to London where I met my daughter We then used this agency to travel to Rome, Paris, Ireland, and back to London. Everything seemed fine before I left because of course this was my first trip. The flights seemed pretty high but I accepted that. Our first hotel in Rome, was so difficult to find. It was in an apartment building and the only indication was a tiny nameplate (1/2" x 1 1/2") in a brass apartment plate. After a long day it took an hour dragging luggage all over to find it. A heads up would have been nice. Then we were bitten by bugs during our stay. Our hotel in France was just ok, extremely overpriced. Probably the biggest disappointment was our hotel in Ireland. I reviewed the options presented before booking with my sister who travels extensively and she told us 2 of the 3 hotels offered were loud, had pubs in the hotel, bands all night and if we wanted to get any rest to not choose those 2. So I specifically told Michael we DID NOT want booked in either of those. Well, when we get there, sure enough, we are in one with a pub in it. And they party in Ireland every night of the week. And there is no 2am close. We got no sleep at all and our flight back to London from Ireland was scheduled for 6AM. We not only lost our free breakfast for that day but almost missed our 4AM cab because the streets were filled with people drinking, partying, etc. I know I should have went over the itinerary but I trusted the agency to book for my best interest and being my first trip internationally I was naive. I learned a lot of what NOT to do for future. The nicest and least expensive hotel by far I stayed in was the one I booked myself when I returned to London. I debated contacting Michael when I returned to the states and finally decided to. All I received was a email of sorrys. No reimbursement for the Ireland screwup or the Rome bug biting ordeal. I would NOT use again NOR recommend

I hired Regency Limo to take my 83 year old mother to and from the Pittsburgh airport when she was…read morecoming to NC to visit me for three weeks. The drivers were on time and my mom commented how pleasant they both were. Since she had an early flight, the limo had to pick her up very early. Driver actually showed up almost 30 minutes before the 5:30 am pickup time. Making a reservation was easy. I will definitely use them next time.
