I am extremely disappointed with my experience with School of PE. I purchased a one-month subscription for the PE Mechanical Machine Design question bank, and I could not access the content for almost 10 days after payment. During that time, I emailed support several times and sent multiple messages through the chat system. None of my emails were answered, and the only chat reply I received was a brief note stating there was a technical issue. Even after the issue was supposedly resolved, no one informed me, and I only discovered by accident that access had been activated. This level of communication and customer support is unacceptable for a service that charges premium fees. To make things worse, the subscription was set to renew automatically, despite the fact that I received almost no support and lost a significant portion of the subscription period due to their technical problems. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend School of PE. Their customer support and system reliability need serious improvement. read more

Horrible business. During COVID (when my PE test was cancelled) they refused to renew or extend my service and demanded that I pay more money (I had already spent $1400 for the full program that I could not use because my test was cancelled for COVID) in order to access the service that I had already paid for. Good day ... to whom it may concern / to school of PE Admin , I would like to report an issue regarding the representatives who is response in the chat box named ( Ms.Aaliyah, and Mr. Brett, Mr. Brett unfortunately end the chat without appology instead his answers was challenging). Prior to.today, last week, I reached out to them regarding my two books' orders, specifically inquiring about the contents of the binder. Then I called past week on Thursday 4/24/2025, to inquire about the date in the website about the binder's order, which was confusing me and raise a concern plus question about the binder status because I am not seeing it changing, the representative then (different individual) was quite unhelpful, responding with a harsh tone that suggested I should not have asked my questions. Despite this, I chose to remain composed and move forward, which is unfortunately what I have come to expect from this institution. Today Monday 4/28/2025, I followed up using the chat box provided, on the binder issue after noticing that the website had not been updated. I informed first Ms. Aaliyah that I had received the first of the two books (the workbook), and I inquired about the binder. Ms. Aaliyah, assured me that she would send the tracking number today. However, upon checking the website, I saw that the status had not changed as anticipated. I returned to the chat box, where Mr. Brett showed and informed me that Ms.Aaliyah had mentioned the delay was due to the office's processing, and because the binder was not sent from a warehouse but from the office that's why I am not seeing changing in the status in the website. I then asked Mr. Brett if Ms. Aaliyah said I should expect to receive the tracking number today, I asked when today at what time I would receive the tracking number, but Mr. Brett's response was dismissive, implying that I should not have inquired further, his answer was ((I don't have a time for your exactly. You will receive it tonight from Aaliyah soon as she drops it off at USPS)) . This interaction left me feeling uneasy and diminished my confidence in their service. I have paid for this service, and it seems that my inquiries are unwelcome, despite the outdated information on the website. Furthermore, rather than offering an apology, Mr. Brett responded in a condescending manner and closed the conversation. This raises concerns about the level of trust we can have in this institution and its representatives and whether we can expect to have our questions addressed appropriately. I have adhered to proper conduct and my inquiries were legitimate, given the lack of updated information available. Mr. Brett's rudeness and the abrupt end to our conversation are troubling. I anticipated an apology and some reassurance. Shortly thereafter, I received an email containing a tracking number. My experience with various companies has shown that customer representatives typically do not conclude conversations abruptly. The account website was not updated and was quite confusing, which prompted my inquiry. This situation has raised a significant concern regarding whom we should contact at the School of PE if we encounter any issues during the six-month course for which we have fully paid. I am beginning to doubt whether my account could be deactivated, especially if Mr. Brett acted without a sense of responsibility, treating us as if we were insignificant. This is a major concern. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a response from the professionals at the School of PE, assuring us that we can reach out to individuals who value their clients throughout this six-month course. It is essential that we have access to friendly and approachable customer service representatives, rather than experiencing abrupt disconnections as I did with Mr. Brett, which reflects poorly on the School of PE and creates trust issues. I used school of PE for my FE exam. I passed after 3 attempts. I used it again to study for my PE exam. The PE review is nothing like the FE review. No tests. Just lecture videos. I have no hopes of passing the PE the first time around, despite watching all the videos and working out all of the problems. I'll see if I can use their refund policy to hopefully get some money back. The other course was great. This one was useless. read more

I would strongly recommend School of PE to be considered in test preparations for the PE exam. It was extremely beneficial for me. The professors are well educated in their respective subject areas and the classes are well organized. If you take this course and put in the necessary time to gain a full understanding of the topics and practice a lot of problems you really increase your likelihood for success. I had previously attempted the FE twice using PPI and failed both times miserably. I decided to try school of PE and passed the exam. The instructors were great for the most part. All of them helped you focus on the things you need to understand and master in their subject area. They also gave strategies to solve these problems and pointed out potential traps. The test bank questions that are easy and medium difficulty are very helpful for preparation for the test. The hard ones for the most part are not realistic. They have two practice exams and you can buy an extra exam booklet shipped to your house which is helpful. I do think the test bank questions need to be culled. There are some erroneous questions and ones that are not pertinent to the FE. The textbook they send you is very nice and helpful for review. If you put in the work and practice while testing yourself frequently and learning to fly through the manual you will pass using this course. I highly recommend. read more

BEWARE OF THIS SCAM COMPANY. They clearly advertise that a 'Practice Portal' is included with the FE Electrical Prep class. After I bought the class, I called they company and they told me the Practice Portal is only available with the Civil FE and PE prep classes. This is false advertising at its finest. Classes are great but the customer service is terrible. I signed up for class but stopped using it after two months because my test eligibility was taking longer than I expected. I finally got the permission for the test, but because it was already a year after I signed, the school required me to pay 300$ more to unlock my account. I called and explained my situation to them, but no one cared. So I spent 1000$ for the school but didn't even get to use it. Huge rip off read more

The layout of the live online courses are well put together and each courses provide a great amount of practice problems. They also provide timed practice exams that helps help manage time through the test. Another great feature is that you can paused the time if you want to spend a little more time on certain problem. The instructors are well knowledgeable of the matters. The only downside I would say is that since the FE Exam cover so much materials, that a 3 hours lecture can't really cover all of the materials. The one thing that I feel that help me the most was doing the practice problems and practice exams because comparing these practice problems to the actual exam problems, the School of PE problems felt much harder. This is a great investment for me and I suggest anyone who want to become a PE give the FE live Online course a try. read more

I would recommend the School of PE hands down. They have different instructors for each topic of whom are all experts in their field. I graduated 17 years ago, however, was able to pass the FE on the first try. I can't say enough good things about the program. read more

The instructors are great and very responsive; all of the practice problems are invaluable! Took the FE Civil recently and after failing twice, I passed first try after taking their review course. Lots of study material and in-depth reviews of the FE Topics, as well as Practice Exams for each Test Section (30 questions;1.5 hrs) and (2) FE Practice Exams that simulate the (6) hr exam. read more

Don't bother! Pricey with false advertising! No free repeat if you don't watch all their video which consist of the lecturer reading the notes. A waste of time! Went through their notes and with a busy schedule couldn't watch all the videos. After failing the PE, now they offered me to pay 50% of the cost again to retake the course! What a scam! read more
