I recently lucked out on snagged an OG Ibanez AFR-105 (IYKYK). Took it in to Jeff for a once over, a stacked knob issue, and a pro set up and it came back looking and sounding amazing! Plus I got the added peace of mind knowing my vintage bass was in proper working order. Most recently I took him a non-multiscale bass for a set up in drop F#. Granted, it was a very well built bass and the neck was capable, but he took to the challenge like an eager kid and knocked it out of the park! Not only that but he kept in constant contact with me throughout the process (it took longer than expected due to the difficulty of the request). Their prices for work are on par with most shops out there, so you're not even paying extra for the quality you get here. If Jeff ever leaves I'll follow him to his next place. I would buy again from him when I am ready, more likely via video call and delivery since I'm now living out of WA state.

I called the store and had to leave a message for the manager to call me back. Have not received a call back. Today, I was charged $920 dollars for online lessons that I did not order or authorize. I called the store again, and was told several people have had similar issues this week and that it may not be corrected until next Friday (8 days later). This is unacceptable - I am disputing charges through my bank and have cancelled my card so no further transactions can go through.See less

Our son (9 y/o) has been taking drum lessons there the past 7 months and has gone from a true beginner to playing songs together in a band with his peers. This is a combination of 1:1 weekly practice with an instructor at SoR (each has been fantastic with emailed notes after every session on recap and focus areas) and a weekly 90-minute band practice which he loves. I recently decided to start playing the flute again after a 10-year hiatus, but unfortunately, I…read morenoticed that my flute was in really bad shape and borderline unplayable. I've had my flute for over 15 years, but I never got it professionally cleaned or maintained it properly... I found out about Mr. Eppler online and contacted him about getting my flute repaired. He got back to me immediately, and instead of shaming me for not taking care of my flute properly, he congratulated me on picking up playing the flute again. He and his assistant, James, who are both really friendly, worked on my flute over the weekend and fixed it up within a couple of days. I was amazed by how quickly they were able to turn it around, and how great my flute sounds now. Originally, it had so many problems including 6 big leaks and 5 bent keys, but It now plays better than when I first bought the flute.
