I made an appointment to play test alto and tenor saxes, and after spending three hours in a practice room and deciding which horns I wanted to purchase, they told me that they had sold one of the horns I wanted to purchase online. Me, someone with an appointment, standing in the store, who had asked for the horn two hours prior, was not given priority over an online sale and I was told there was nothing to do. I decided to take my business to the significantly cheaper online retailers if this store is going to prioritize online shoppers over someone who drove nine hours and is standing in the store.
