My wife and I won't take our two baby boys anywhere else! Easy scheduling, helpful reminders (email & text), comprehensive care, and doctors that actually seem to care, remember names, and offer sincere, educated advice. Close to my home and I need an Internal General Medicine Primary Care Dr. So I called them (since new patients cannot schedule on line) and after long hold of twelve minutes the woman said I'll need to call my insurance and confirm their Clinic is covered. She said she would text me their tax id to provide my insurance. Two hours later - no text. So I called back - 20 minutes of hold and then finally I got the Tax Id. Called insurance and all good -they are covered. Called Sellwood back and after about ten minutes of hold I asked to schedule as new patient at Nimbus for primary care Dr. She said they don't have Drs at the Nimbus location. Just one day a week, two RNs. I asked if they will be getting Drs at this location and she didn't know. I asked what would an RN do if my issue is that my cholesterol meds are giving me queasy stomach. She said RN would (probably) refer me to a third party GI. Ok- hmmm. So I asked: if I schedule with one of the two RN choices when is the first opening? She said I don't know until I complete all of your info into our system. I said ok - let's do it. She said I have a patient at my desk - please hold. I held and held and then hung up. (My husband came home asked why I was looking crabby and I just said Don't Ask). Truly I was so happy about this new clinic opening and when I called the first time I asked if accepting new patients and she said yes. Never said a word about no Dr's at location I was I inquiring about. It felt like she was playing with me - putting me through an obstacle course until I finally gave in. Which I did.

Not every therapist will be for you it can take time to find who you truly mesh with. I have been seeing Roxanne for almost 18 months . I have been looking for the right Therapist for a decade and meeting her felt like the first time I was heard and understood. The adult I have always needed. She has helped me move past some of the childhood trama and abuse I have suffered as well as help me work on my primary relationships. I appreciate her and I would highly recommend seeing if she would be the right fit for you. Therapy is a long game you can't expect to be healed over night and you get out of it what you put into it.

I went to Yelp first and read the reviews on the 4 dentists on my list and Dr. Nimz was the first one I checked on and BOOM, I didn't look any further. He knew exactly what he was doing and has crowned/veneered 11 upper teeth for me in just a few weeks. My bite is now functioning, My teeth look 100% real and are beautiful. I am looking for reasons to smile now. His attention to detail was remarkable, checking and checking and rechecking my bite as he was installing them. Did I mention that I am horribly Picky? Last time I showed up and surprise she and the other dentist left. A new dentist is there now. No warning and no info on website. They change dentists so fast my last bill still said Dr Justice and she definitely didn't see me. They also are now Delta Dental premier so my insurance doesn't cover the cleanings in full anymore. There is nothing premier happening here. This is too much transition without any notice to patients to assess dentist credentials. It also makes me question how the owners are treating the staff. I will be finding a more stable place for my dental needs.

Due to protests which shut down the Burnside Bridge, all the traffic was slowed way down - so I was late due to circumstances outside my control. I had to spend 30 more dollars - after not being see by a doctor for a frightening medical issue - to get home. I contacted OHSU "Patient Advocacy" which ultimately resulted in the office manager of Gabriel Park or some bro in that capacity calling me back. Basically he told me it was my fault (for not being emperor of the traffic?) and tried to pacify me by validating my feelings. Thanks but no thanks - I just want my money and my time back. Another Dr said that she believed a certain medication is what works wonders for my condition and it's been proven, but the down fall is they can't prescribe it the only way she could prescribe it to me is if I go and see the councilor. Then once the councilor approved then she can prescribe it to me. She felt that I should do this if I wanted to feel better! Then She said, oh wait I have to say, you can't tell her at all that I sent you! You have to say how you have thought about starting the medication for a while and you decided for yourself how you wanted to start now. So, When I went in for my appointment I did get a little nervous. I felt I was fine, it was a little odd to not say the Dr sent me. Then the counselor made accusations towards me, asking if I was seeking which threw me, because no way I never have! I'm sure I might have shown my nervousness only in I couldn't say the Doctor's name. Then I left and months later I'm in court for an important case. The judge brings up this long letter in my file written from that one councilor, she said how I'm in her office and showing her from my behavior that I'm seeking! That I was nervous and couldn't think of an explanation fast enough one of her questions . Well, we know why?? Words could never express how upset and mad I was. When here it's one of their own Drs that sent me to her and in no way would I ever be seeking. I didn't even think of the drug, she did! So wrong the more I think back! I can't believe the Dr that sent me let this happen! Obviously, she was aware that I wasn't going to start taking it and why? But even to say someone is seeking with absolutely no idea if I've gone to other places or not. Which I hadn't. Then at other appointments they'd come in and say I was taking pain medicine that I wasn't taking. The Dr that owned the place came in and grabbed my sweats by the leg and pulled up on them. He said, I'm trying to decide if you have much fat under here or not! It's Hard to tell if you are fit or not. I'm shocked and said, no I'm not! So let's not worry about that! He laughed and said, well for a good looking woman you shouldn't be having to deal with this chronic illness! Wow! He didn't did he?? A little screwy, so maybe it's good they seem to be out of business. Yet, I wanted to get this out on here incase it helps the police at all or other former patients. The provider is ONLY a nurse practicioner that speaks English as a 2nd language (so a lot of conversation gets lost in the nuances). FLOORS ARE FILTHY (same ball of fuzz in corner over 3 months of appointments) They never prescribe enough Rx to effectively stop your pain. Provider is arrogant and it looks like they hire a lot of family members... Constantly late getting to your appointment. I am exceedingly happy that I changed clinics. There are much cleaner and effective clinics to go to anywhere but here.
