I called and scheduled an appointment for a wellness exam for my bun and was promptly scheduled for a visit. The day before the appointment, Paws and Perches called to confirm my appointment and gave me all the info I'd need before arriving. They asked that I call in to notify them that I had arrived and brought out the paperwork for me to fill out in the car. Then, they invited me in (only one patient in the building at a time) and sat me 6 feet away from the examination table. Masks were required the entire time. Dr. Lab was great with my bunny and was very knowledgable; I felt comfortable that she knew what she was doing. As my rabbit is young (just 2.5 months old), she recommended that I return in a few months for a spay. I'll update after we return! All in all, 5 stars for the Paws and Perches experience, especially if you have an exotic animal.

I just went on Chewy to get my first refill submitted and the cost for 120 capsules of 20 mg of the exact same RX is $12!!!!! I am appalled at how much they upcharged me at the time of visit. I certainly understand a reasonable upcharge to get it at the office but this is unbelievable. Completely floored as to how they feel this is good business.

We are new residents and needed care for our baby Bolt. The people here completely stereotyped him because of his breed, being a Pitt Bull. He was not aggressive yet they demanded he be muzzled. I do understand somewhat yet it was only the vet that took issue. The technician and other staff didn't have an issue at first until the Doctor came in. They surrounded Bolt and made him super nervous. He kicked the muzzle off as he was scared of you. When my husband tried to reason with her that she wasn't making things better and exasperating things she then chastised my husband and said "Well if something happens I'm sure YOU wouldn't pay our medical bills". That was completely uncalled for. You chose this profession and if you can't handle bigger animals you should quit while you are ahead. You have no bedside manner, and shouldn't be in a profession where you cannot act tactful and calm when a dog gets scared.
