One of my turkeys was sick when I left and unfortunately passed away 2 days into my vacation. These wonderful ladies actually held him as he passed away and took care of his body. And rather than have them deal with the stress of being boarded, I decided to try a pet sitting service while I went on vacation. Ashley and Shawna came out to meet me and both were extremely friendly and professional. They both asked questions about the health of the animals, my vet's contact information, emergency contact info, etc. and had the appropriate paperwork to fill out. The peace of mind I had after they left was just what I needed! They will send you pictures of your pets while you are away to reassure you that everything is ok and also provide you with text updates. The price they quoted me was far too low in my opinion, so I felt it was necessary to pay them more than they were asking. Totally worth it! They even took the time to clean up a little!!! I found Kathy, who came highly recommended from another pet sitting service that did not do medical and actually had Kathy watch their own pets when they were out of town. She made her 1st visit with us just to do all of the paperwork, meet they "kids", all of which was very thorough! She covered many items, some we did not even think of! She was very pleasant and professional, we were very impressed! She checked in with us everyday with a checklist of what was done and how everyone was doing. This vet place is a one stop shop. They have daycare and medical boarding. The staff was wonderful…read more My dog was injured and he required alot of medications and special care. I was overwhelmed as to how I was going to care for my little buddy and go to work. Well when I found out about the medical boarding it eased my stress. I was able to go to work and pick him up after and not worry if he was going to be ok. He was in great hands. During his boarding they did his acupuncture and light therapy. They also express his urine and helped him poop. He was given his medications at times required and I was given updates as to his wellbeing. It was just a wonderful experience. Now it's my only vet to go to since they also do grooming. They currently do the grooming for my poodle and will be doing our Maine coon cat shortly. The entire kiddos will be coming here. The medical boarding was affordable just a little bit more than regular boarding or daycare but that's understandable. Thanks to everyone at the office for taking care of Tank.
