They will send you pictures of your pets while you are away to reassure you that everything is ok and also provide you with text updates. We are new residents and needed care for our baby Bolt. The people here completely stereotyped him because of his breed, being a Pitt Bull. He was not aggressive yet they demanded he be muzzled. I do understand somewhat yet it was only the vet that took issue. The technician and other staff didn't have an issue at first until the Doctor came in. They surrounded Bolt and made him super nervous. He kicked the muzzle off as he was scared of you. When my husband tried to reason with her that she wasn't making things better and exasperating things she then chastised my husband and said "Well if something happens I'm sure YOU wouldn't pay our medical bills". That was completely uncalled for. You chose this profession and if you can't handle bigger animals you should quit while you are ahead. You have no bedside manner, and shouldn't be in a profession where you cannot act tactful and calm when a dog gets scared. We were told this vet is new which is NO EXCUSE for how rude and insulting she was. My 7 year old man was not a threat and you treated him and my husband like dangerous criminals.
