The Yelp reviews are why I contacted this office in the first place. The main reason I did not go with this firm is that a consultation for 30 minutes would cost $99. I am seeking legal help because of debt so I would think that at the minimum, consultation would be free because most if not all of the clientele are seeking help for financial troubles. So just from that consultation fee, I surmised that the cost would be too high for me. It might end up costing me more than my initial debt. I could be wrong but I was not quoted any other fees as I requested. For all I know, the rates could be very reasonable but that is not the impression I got. Update: I increased the rating to 4 stars because Jesse Langel contacted me directly to address my concerns and advise me. I applaud his concern over customer relations and his thoughtfulness in reaching out to me and helping me as much as he could and his promise to continue to advise me if needed. My debt is not very large so the cost effectiveness of hiring Jesse is, unfortunately, probably not in the cards. This is why I can't in good conscience give 5 stars since I won't be able to see his work but I got to see some of his integrity.
