I could go on but fortunately I found another place to go that offers honesty and integrity which is the type of chiropractic service I was used to. I just moved to Freeport from the Davenport, Iowa area (Palmer College country!) I love Freeport,and am glad I moved here but wish I had been able to take more time to select a chiropractor. However, while moving, unpacking etc. I injured my back and had to find someone fast. I wish an honest review had been online about them..it would have saved me some time, money and stress.

Watch your bills like a hawk! Billing here is incredibly…read moreshady. We have had many...many "coding errors" that would have resulted in thousands of dollars in overcharges had we not fought it. We once took my daughter in for a sliver in her foot that I could not get to. The nurse practitioner did nothing but poke at it and said it will come out by itself and then they billed us $1200 for outpatient surgery. We just discovered they also charge hundreds of dollars for a children's vaccination that you can get through the county for $20. This is supposed to be a not for profit but charging $640 for a shot that can be obtained for $20 elsewhere does not seem to fit that mold. That is a 3200% increase over the county. I know the county is subsidized but the CDC says the shot costs FHN $178. That is still a 350% markup.

After they forgot to put the orders in at the clinic and then sent me across the street to the hospital for the sample? GMAFB. This should be done in-clinic because the results are nearly instantaneous. Do yourself a favor and drive east to Rockford and get your healthcare. Sitting around knowing I have a UTI overnight in pain. Terribly unprofessional. Staff are not too bright on computers either.
