    I bought my last Goldwing here in 2017. This family-owned franchise knows motorcycles and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. Very attentive to detail, personable, and will make sure you leave better than you arrived. I always try and stop in when traveling through the area for service. Thanks team Schroader's!!

    I got lucky to take two nails in my rear tire on my Harley only about a mile away from the shop. The owner came out with the trailer after I had talked to his son at the shop. He was there in about three minutes and got me right to the shop. They had a great Dunlop tire at a better price than I've ever paid and got me back on the road in a very reasonable time. We thank God for the guys at Schroader's Honda... they saved our last vacation day!!!

    I looked all over the country for just the right Motorcycle. I used the Cycle Trader app and found a really beautiful 2012 Triumph Bonneville SE. in the pictures, the bike looks cleaner than new. I was hoping to do some modifications to it, so I wanted a lightly used bike to bring the price down. My salesman John was really stellar. Prompt polite communication, he sent me multiple videos. Started it up for me. I wasn't planning on traveling to see it in person before I bought, so you need a certain amount of trust to do a transaction long distance like this. I almost didn't get the bike. The owner was super inflexible with the price. We were only a small difference apart and I just felt like it was the only Triumph in a Honda dealer. They could bargain a Little?! I was ready to walk away, and I thanked my salesman John for his efforts. Got a call the next morning from John and he said the owner agreed to my price. The also threw in a trickle charger. Is the owner a bad guy? I don't know as we never spoke directly. Maybe he just felt like it was properly priced? In the end the transaction was completed very smoothly. I wired funds. Leslie overnighted some paperwork. Leslie was also Superb, very friendly and thorough. She even gave me her cell in case I had a question when they were closed. They assisted with registration and plates. The bike was transported and delivered immaculate clean and flawless condition. So even though there was a bump in the process it was overall a Five Star experience thanks to John and Leslie. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

    Ripped off a Vietnam for 778.00 on a vintage GL Goldwing. Don't do it. !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Sales experience was disorganized and misleading from start to finish…read more I was initially assisted by a salesperson who provided pricing on three ATVs I was considering. When narrowing it down to two models, I was told one "included GPS," which later turned out to be an additional cost once I was inside--this should have been clearly disclosed upfront. I also made it clear I would be paying by credit card and not financing. That information was either ignored or not communicated properly, because at checkout I was informed of a 3% credit card fee and a $5,000 per-transaction limit. On a $10,300 purchase, this added roughly $330 unexpectedly. After delays and back-and-forth with management, they offered only $100 off and allowed the full charge--still leaving me paying more than the originally agreed price. The service department interaction was equally poor. One employee declined to help because he was heading to lunch, and we were redirected to another who was already assisting someone else, despite seeing us waiting. When finally helped, I was told delivery--just a local drop--would take until the following week, which was unreasonable. Ultimately, my son and I returned the next day to pick up and load the ATV ourselves. I was not clearly provided a user manual, if one was included at all. Overall, the process lacked transparency, coordination, and basic customer service. I will not be returning for service, accessories, or future purchases.
