I called Eurosport at 12:30 pm and spoke to Shawn. Explained my situation and the immediate need for a new tire and he said to come on in and they'd take care of me. I was 110 miles from their shop and got there around 2:30. They took my bike right in and installed a new tire and I was on my way in a little over an hour!!! These guys were super responsive to my mid-journey needs and I can't thank them enough. By the way....they have an awesome new shop and store with lots of inventory, parts, and accessories. As most folks know I have not been happy with the quality of the work. Most recently rust is now showing up under the paint. There were problems with the paint from day 1 and Tim tried to fix it but that did not materialize since he could not make any additional money on the job. Original parts were damaged without regard. Straight lines were not important (see pictures). Attention to detail was simply not important. After spending 13K with TD Customs I am left with a rusty truck and a paint job that has to be redone. Last time I checked 13K is a lot of money. I simply cannot recommend them to anyone. I would have been better off taking my truck to Maaco or maybe a high school student with a rattle can.

When narrowing it down to two models, I was told one "included GPS," which later turned out to be an additional cost once I was inside--this should have been clearly disclosed upfront. I also made it clear I would be paying by credit card and not financing. That information was either ignored or not communicated properly, because at checkout I was informed of a 3% credit card fee and a $5,000 per-transaction limit. On a $10,300 purchase, this added roughly $330 unexpectedly. After delays and back-and-forth with management, they offered only $100 off and allowed the full charge--still leaving me paying more than the originally agreed price. The service department interaction was equally poor. One employee declined to help because he was heading to lunch, and we were redirected to another who was already assisting someone else, despite seeing us waiting. When finally helped, I was told delivery--just a local drop--would take until the following week, which was unreasonable. Ultimately, my son and I returned the next day to pick up and load the ATV ourselves. I was not clearly provided a user manual, if one was included at all. Overall, the process lacked transparency, coordination, and basic customer service. I will not be returning for service, accessories, or future purchases.
