The only thing that is perpetual is that the exterior has been a perpetual a mess. Over the years I have been in contact with several of those who were responsible and assured there would be the appropriate fixes. The only fixes I have seen are of the BANDAiDE variety.. The dioceses has recently uncovered financial irregulares in their accounting systems . Secondly, I again thank you for singling my Father's grave out of the 100's of Graves! Thirdly, I will comply with your said rules when the 100's ...no , I'm sorry..thousands of other grieving families do! My Father's grave has been destroyed not once, but twice now and no one seemed to care so passionately about that. Yet, you take the time to pay attention after 5 years and bring your ruler! So here is what happens next.I am personally walking through the cemetary and taking pictures of the 100's of Graves that are not decorated within the rules. I will then print these pictures and provide them to you so you have a easily accessible map of all the other Graves that should get above said note and hot pink string with bolts! I will even gladly tag along to ensure not one is missed! I'll even bring the ruler for you! I have already started my picture map and will continue to do so the rest of this week!!!! Oh ..one last thing....i suggest you send out the said rules before Christmas when people spend 100's of dollars on grave blankets that we all know do not fall within the FREAKING 12 INCH LINE!!!
