I do not understand your post at all. You were not the client, it was your daughter. I assigned this case to an associate after discussing the matter with you and getting your agreement. In return, you received a DISCOUNTED rate on our fees. You praised the associate for the job she did back in 2009. And we never made a "deal". Your daughter wanted to waive some child support arrears in exchange for something she wanted, but you would not allow her to. Ultimately, we did fight for your daughter because we took the case to TRIAL, where a JUDGE made a decision. We made no deal with the other side. And as a result of the trial, your daughter got primary custody of her child, which means we won the trial for her. No part of your post makes sense considering these facts. Nor does it make sense that we finished this case in 2009, but you waited five years to make a negative post about us. I will not get into further details of the case due to confidentiality. One other thing, both my partner and I are "AV" rated by Martindale Hubbell, which was received as a result of a survey of large number of other attorneys we have had cases against and judges we have appeared before. Our ratings are preeminent. Most attorneys never obtain an "AV" rating as it is not something you can buy, nor nominate yourself for in a magazine. Instead it must be earned. The comments about me personally on the Martindale site paint quite a different picture, and come from the lawyers we have fought in court and the judges who have presided over our trials. Moments after my accident in March of 2015 it wasn't I whom contacted Damon Schuetze though it was him who contacted me after finding out of the crash. Even though I didn't feel pain the night it happened he told me to wait a day or two and contact him if I did.
