I immediately reached TJ McCleary and the beginning of a good customer service relations began. He came to our home and looked at the problem and made recommendations. TJ is a very personable guy and we felt that his company was who we wanted to do our job. He sent a quote over and within a few days he and his guys came over and completed the job. Oh I can't say enough about the quality of workmanship and how they left the job with no mess. If I could give more stars, this company would receive it. Highly recommend.

My job in comparison to many was relatively…read moresimple (Clogged drain pipe), but not only did he take the time to show me exactly why it had clogged (a drain pipe wye), he took a picture of where it was located in the crawlspace. With not being truly experienced with septic systems, he took a few minutes at the end of the job to explain exactly where all the components of my system were, and even pointed out some potential pitfalls that the sewer inspector did not point out before we purchased the house. There are not enough stars to express how happy I am with their service, and I will be contacting them again for any problems I may have or improvements I need. Thank you!

Not only will you get an exhorbitant bill for what he did, but also, he is sooooo rude and unprofessional in every way, from head-to-toe and beyond plus when he's done, the job may not be done and done correctly. He'll want to sue you if you refuse to pay the amount of money he will then want you to pay!!
