Who works at Discount Tires and they went above and beyond to help me. They allow Michael take a long break and drive from Monument to Colorado Springs to change my tire, then drove my VW Atlas back to the shop to make sure everything was properly replaced and taken care of. Not only was the service fast and professional, but the team also helped me get a great set of tires at a very reasonable price. Even as his parent, I was genuinely impressed by Michael's work ethic, professionalism, and willingness to help. I had to borrow a compressor to even get it to the place. They switched out the tires and rims, I paid for an alignment, and 3 days later the tire pressure light is on again. I checked all the pressure of all of the tires and one of my replacement tires was at 25 PSI again. It has been warm out so temperature is not an issue right now. I do not feel comfortable driving my own truck and I need to drive it. I called a 3rd time to see if I could come by to see what the problem still is. Waiting 3 hours is not convenient (and I had an appointment) but I thought they fixed everything. They did not. They said they replaced the valves- they did not. I will never recommend this place to anyone. They are rude. I did tip them as I thought they had finally fixed everything. They did not. Rude, Rude, Rude. They charged me for things they did not do. I will never go there again. Corrupt and malicious and even yelled at me on phone. I am always kind to anyone I call . They were very unprofessional.
