When I saw him arrive, I put my hammer down and took him around my property so he could give me a quote on a new fence. After he left, I went back to my mail box to continue the repair. To my amazement he repaired the mail box for me! I knew then, that I had found the company that I wanted to have install my fence. They did not let me down. After they gave me a quote the owner thought that a different type of gate would look better. I asked if there would be a price change. He told me that because it was his idea to put a different type of gate in, he would not charge me more. Wow! I wished every company worked like this. The entire crew was nice, prompt, professional and did an amazing job. They did not stop until the fence was perfect. When they noticed that the gaps on the gates were not equal, they redid the gates, saying that just doesn't look right and we want it to be exactly what you want. They made sure the fence was absolutely straight and without blemish. Then, when they came out to secure the gates with screws, the very last detail, I noticed the installers adjusting a gate. I asked what he was doing and he said that it looked a little bit off so he was making sure that it was perfect. We had them take out our chain link fence and put in a vinyl privacy fence last year and they did some curbing this year. We felt that their labor rates were very reasonable and gave us the opportunity to invest in a better quality of fencing. The quality of the work they performed was top notch and was done in a reasonable time frame. Preston and his crew kept us up to date on the work and let us know right away when a problem occurred, presenting not just the issue but would also have multiple answers to the problem for us to choose from. Last years heavy wind storms knocked down some brand new fence in our neighborhood but ours stood untouched. We also loved that this is a local business run by a veteran and many of the crew are part of his family.
