Then when you get charged over $100 more unexpectedly, they wont give you the courtesy of giving you a heads up or explain why. Infact, they dont even bother to reach out to you period like other agencies do. I had to contact them several times and still dont have a clear answer. When I cancelled after the charge they say the other auto companies will "raise their rates" on me. That's ironic. I paid way less upfront for my new auto policy with a bigger name than the few hundred dollars that they require upfront. Not happy with my experience here and the customer service is lazy. My experience here was nothing but a hassle.

In addition, he was telling us we had some of our paperwork that he asked for wrong when in fact, it was not wrong. Then he started berating us and was very condescending. He was actually putting this stuff in a very harsh tone in emails. In my opinion, it felt like instead of working with us on what needed to be done, he was bullying us. We were shocked. To top everything off, his bills were considerable higher than prior returns. Suffice it to say, we would never use him again.

He won't answer emails or phone calls and now I will need to fully start over with someone else, and pay all of these late fees for no reason. Do not trust this agency or him.
