Wanted our rocks beds emptied and redone with different rock, they showed up and just threw landscape fabric over all over the existing rock, stormed off when we questioned what they were doing. Brought his wife who sat on our porch half the time and ultimately they left without notice claiming they'd come back 3 days later. Told them not to come back, everything they did do was half assed. Paid half down, will never see that money again. A good professional would have answered our message, and compromised with us- we would have given a share for the work he did do and he should have reimbursed us for the work he DIDNT do. Overall feels like a huge scam. I'm glad we were home to see the wreck of a job they were attempting to do or we wouldn't have been able to stop it and would have had even more of a mess to clean up. Truly would expect more from a "professional" landscaper. Communication goes a long way and maybe invest in a notepad to write down measurements and job details. and to add he snapped at our 95 year old neighbor, come on now.
